What activity table height should I choose?
Choose the activity table height based on the age and size of the children as well as the height of the chairs being used. As a general rule you want seven to eight inches between the seat height and the table height. The following can be used as a general recommendation.
10" Chair Seat - 17" Table - 1-3 Yr Olds
12" Chair Seat - 20" Table - 3-5 Yr Olds
14" Chair Seat - 22" Table - 4-8 Yr Olds
Note: The chair seat size should be closest in size to the bend in the back of the child's knee to the floor. Seat sizes are measured from top of seating surface to the floor.
