Lead Times, Shipping and Pricing

Shipping costs are calculated in cart prior to completing purchase. The average shipping is around 15% and is calculated based on item weight, carton size, and if item is shipped UPS/FEDEX or Truck. The freight can be substantially higher in circumstances such as a single item purchase of an item that is too large for UPS/FEDEX. 

Supply items ship in one to two days. Most furniture items ship in one to three weeks but can take longer during summer months. Many of our furniture products are shipped directly from the factory for the best value and are subject to manufacturers' current lead times. If a specific lead time is required, please call for confirmation that the date can be met. In most cases, we can make arrangements to suit your needs. Occasionally, we may make an error on our website or catalog. We can not be responsible for typo errors if pricing is listed incorrectly. However, you will be notified before processing your order with a corrected price.

Warrantees
Warrantees are provided by the individual manufacturers and vary in length but in no case are less than one year. Call or check the product description for details. We will be glad to handle any warranty claims you have up to five years after purchase and will work with our manufacturers to obtain your satisfaction. We select our manufacturers partly based on their willingness to provide exceptional support to our customers. Warranty claims past five years can be handled through the manufacturer.

Returns
Non-warranty returns are subject to manufacturer restock charges of up to 20% plus return shipping. Return authorization is subject to manufacturer approval and is required prior to any product return. Items must be in their original packaging. Requests for returns must be made within two weeks of receipt.

Shortages and Damages
All deliveries should be checked for package count accuracy and damage prior to signing delivery receipt. Any discrepancies or damages should be noted on the delivery receipt prior to signing for the delivery. In addition, all shortages and damages must be reported to us in a timely manner by calling 800-594-9346. You may refuse damaged merchandise at time of delivery. This will eliminate the need for damaged product having to be returned or disposed of at a later date.
